We accept both digital scans and PVS impressions. In the case of digital scans, our team can start the treatment planning process directly. If PVS impressions are provided, we first create dental models and then scan them to prepare the digital treatment plan.

Once we receive the digital files or impressions, our team prepares the treatment plan and sends it for approval within 2 days. After the plan is confirmed, aligner production usually takes around 5 days, and the finished products can then be shipped by DHL or other courier options.

The number of clear aligners needed depends on each patient's dental condition and orthodontic treatment plan. Most orthodontic cases typically include around 10 to 20 aligner steps. After reviewing each case, our team will prepare a treatment plan showing the expected tooth movements and the number of aligners needed.

As we mainly provide OEM services for dental brands, we currently use packaging designed for bulk shipments rather than individual retail boxes. Each patient's aligners are packed separately, and multiple patient packages are placed together for shipment.

Yes, we can customize the packaging for OEM projects. You can share your packaging design or provide a sample, and our team will work with you to develop the packaging according to your requirements.

Yes, the trimming style can be customized according to the case requirements. We offer different options, including scalloped edges, trimming along the gum line and trimming above the gum line. Please refer to the image below (B) for more details.

We work with different medical-grade materials, including Cohertz 3-layer TPU and SCHEU Duran. Customers can select the material that best fits their product requirements and treatment needs.

We use 3Shape Ortho System for digital treatment planning and aligner staging. Our team uses the software to plan tooth movements and create customized aligner designs for each case.
