Shenzhen Midway Dental Laboratory focuses on the manufacturing of medical-grade clear aligners for dental clinics, distributors and orthodontic partners worldwide. Besides our own clear aligners and retainers, we also offer OEM, ODM and private-label services to help customers develop their own brands with customized designs and packaging.

Our aligners are manufactured under ISO 13485 quality management system and comply with CE and FDA medical device requirements. We use medical-grade TPU materials with high transparency and strong resistance to yellowing over time, which are selected for their elasticity, biocompatibility and comfort during daily wear.
Our team manages the complete aligner production process, starting with digital treatment planning and case design. Our professional team uses 3D treatment planning software to design aligner cases, simulate tooth movements and prepare customized treatment plans. After the digital design is completed, each aligner goes through thermoforming, laser trimming and quality inspection to ensure consistent quality throughout the production process.
We work with dental companies, clinics and distributors on different types of projects, from bulk orders to customized private-label solutions. Depending on each project, we can provide aligner production, customized packaging and OEM services to meet different market needs.
